so bush says that he is urging to make the tax cuts permanent and then he goes on and says that he is pushing forward to cut the deficit in half by 2009. the way he will get there is by eliminating “non-essencial” services or those services that are not performing well (whatever that means). [...]

it took not even 5 minutes for bush to mention 9/11 in tonight’s state of the union speech. another sign that he is living in the past.
